My Styling Agreement
1. Fees & Reservations
A $50 deposit is mandatory to confirm your booking and should be settled through the online portal. Following this payment, your outstanding balance will be collected at the scheduled visit via Cash, Zelle, Cash App ($Elleray1), or Venmo (@LaToya-Ray-20). Please be advised that all service prices listed are subject to change at any time without prior notice.
2. Late Arrival Terms
A 15-minute grace period applies to all arrivals. Please provide at least 48 hours’ notice for rescheduling; otherwise, the mandatory $50 deposit will be forfeited and retained as a non-refundable cancellation fee.
3. Client Hair Prep
To ensure my workspace remains professional and focused, additional guests or children are not permitted during your appointment. New clients must include a mobile number in the notes section for a style consultation prior to the scheduled session.
4. No-Show Terms
Failure to attend a scheduled session without prior notification is viewed as a no-show. In such instances, the $50 deposit is automatically forfeited, and I reserve the right to decline future visits or require full prepayment.
